Mt. Lhotse is the fourth highest mountain in the world and is situated only three km south to the Mt. Everest. Mt. Lhotse is one of the most beautiful peaks which comprise of the notable ring of the three peaks namely Lhotse East or Middle, Lhotse & Lhotse Shar. Mt. Lotse was first ascended by Swiss F. Luchsinger & E.Reiss in 1956 via its West face. Mt. Lhotse Expedition is a perfect combination of the adventurous trekking along the awe inspiring Everest region and challenging climbing.

Mt. Lhotse Expedition starts from Lukla after you take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla airport. From Lukla you start trekking along the Everest Base Camp trekking route Passing through the lush vegetation and abundant life of the region, through the picturesque Sherpa villages, Emerald hills and terraces, river valleys and many more. The southern face of the Lhotse which is the largest mountain faces of the world was first summated by a Czech Expedition in 1984. From the Base Camp it takes nearly 35 days for you to summit the peak. During these days you make different camps at different height, practice climbing and acclimatize you properly for the successful attempt to summit.
